Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges vary based on real time shipping that is received instantly from a UPS Server for all products. Note: Shipping costs are in US dollars.

Please note, we don't charge your credit card until your item(s) ship. Items will be billed as shipped. Based on state laws, Audi is required to collect sales taxes in all states. All taxes have been estimated and may be imposed on both product and shipping charges. Actual taxes will be applied at the time of billing. If your order contains multiple items, some of which are out-of-stock, please note that all shipping charges will be billed when the first item is shipped.

  • Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
  • We do not offer weekend delivery.
  • Items may not be shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes, US Territories or Canada at this time.
  • Signature upon delivery is required for shipments over $400.00.
  • Orders received today will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders Outside U.S.
Audi of America does not ship accessories or merchandise outside of the US. For those of you in Canada, a dedicated Canadian site will be available soon.

If you live outside of the US and would like to purchase accessories and or merchandise, please contact your local Audi accessories and merchandise importer.

 

Returns

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for exchange or a refund. Accessories can be returned within 30 days, as long as they have not been installed or damaged, and are in the original packaging.

Q: What is the warranty on Audi accessories?

A: All Audi Accessories are covered by the Audi Accessories limited warranty.

 

Q: I live outside of the U.S., and would like to purchase Audi accessories.

A: Unfortunately, The Audi Collection ships only to the U.S. at this time. Shipment overseas is not available. For those of you in Canada, a dedicated Canadian site will be available soon.

 

Q: Does Audi make seat covers for any of their vehicles?

A: No. Audi does not make seat covers due to the air bag system that is in place within the seats.
